The O Collection is a unique website bringing both sellers and collectors together in an easy to use online collection of post war and contemporary art. The O Collection is based in The Netherlands and was founded in 2008.

What do we want?

The O Collection aims to represent the world's best galleries and contemporary artists in one fast moving online artscape. By bypassing the auction houses we offer fast service free of any commission fees. The O Collection wishes to become the the biggest and most up to database in post-war and contemporary art.

Why did we start The O Collection?

Being art collectors ourselves we are always on the look out for groundbreaking artists, new work and galleries and we felt the need to bring all of them together in one easy to access database.

Why become part of The O Collection?

The O Collection is a unique meeting place for both art buyers and sellers who can browse, sell or acquire art in their own time and in a commission free environment. We guarantee swift, direct and to the point contact between parties. And finally, the bigger The O Collection becomes the more successful your sales will be.

How do I join The O Collection?

There are two ways to do this, the first is to apply for membership yourself and the second is to be nominated by a gallery, however, we do screen all applications and membership is not guaranteed.

How do I get started?

You need to become a member first and here is the link to the page where you are able to sign in. We will contact you within one or two days with your log-in codes after which you will need to fill a personal data form that will be displayed on your gallery page. You will now be able to upload, edit and delete works by the artists you represent and artists whom you have work of available.

Does The O Collection charge any money for using their website?

No- we do not charge you anything for using the website to display your gallery/work. In the future this may change but for now it's free.
